2. Processing & Delivery Times

• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

• Custom orders: Custom-built saunas have a production time of 4-8 weeks before shipping. Delivery time varies based on location.

• Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you if delays arise.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item size, weight, and delivery location.

• For large or custom-built saunas, additional freight charges may apply. Our team will confirm shipping costs before finalizing your order.

• Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Delivery Process

• Standard Delivery: Our saunas are delivered via freight carriers. Curbside delivery is standard, meaning the driver will deliver to your property but will not install or move the sauna inside.

• Receiving Your Order: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there are any damages, report them to us within 48 hours with photos for a resolution.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
